DUPLICATE AND MOVE PAGES
PURPOSE FOR DUPLICATING AND MOVING PAGES | IN GOODNOTES
Knowing how to duplicate and move pages within GoodNotes is essential for functionality. Working within a digital notebook, there will come a time when you need to add extra pages or duplicate a layout. Planners and notebooks that I sell on Etsy come with blank templates and papers solely for this purpose. This simple guide will teach you how to use these important features.
HOW TO | DUPLICATE AND MOVE PAGES
*MAKE SURE GOODNOTES 5 IS INSTALLED ON YOUR IPAD
In GoodNotes, select your planner. Then tap on the 4 square icon located on the nav bar in the upper left corner of the screen. A window with page thumbnails will open.
Tap on the down arrow under the page thumbnail you want to copy. Under the menu that opens, select "Duplicate".
Tap and hold on the newly created page until it is moveable (it will be slightly bigger than the surrounding page thumbnails with a slight shadow below) and drag it to your desired location.
